Terms of Use
To protect the Tribal Access Portal (“TAP”) from unauthorized use, and to ensure that this
system remains available to authorized users, TAP employs software programs to monitor and
record network traffic in order to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change
information, or otherwise cause damage.
By accessing or using TAP, the user expressly
consents to such monitoring and recording, and is advised that if such monitoring reveals
evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to the
appropriate federal law enforcement officials.
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or
change information on TAP are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer
Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and/or the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
